Agnes Bourrat
Once upon a time, in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Agnes found herself immersed in the beautiful chaos of parenthood alongside her husband, Alexis. Their two children, who are now 2 and 3 years old, filled their lives with boundless joy and love. However, the absence of family support left them feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

As they navigated the daily challenges of appointments, shopping, cooking, laundry, and caring for their little ones while pursuing their entrepreneurial passion in creating BouBou's, a fine dining restaurant in Príncipe Real, new challenges arose for Agnes. The weight of the mental load fell heavily on her shoulders, leaving little room for self-care, carefree goals, and nurturing her relationship with Alexis.

Determined to find a solution, they embarked on a quest to seek out agencies that could provide the comprehensive support they longed for. However, they were disheartened to discover that none of them offered the perfect blend of care and assistance they envisioned. These agencies could only provide either a nanny or a housekeeper, forcing them to compromise on their needs.
Estefania Gama
In 2021, fate intervened and introduced Estefania into their lives. Estefania, born in São Paulo, Brazil, had moved to Lisbon in 2018 with her grown-up children and husband. With a background in social work, Estefania had dedicated herself to helping children from newborns to teenagers find safe and inclusive homes.

Leading a team of professionals, she worked tirelessly to support over 228 children, providing them with emotional stability, healing from physical and mental wounds, and helping them integrate into loving families while ensuring their educational milestones were met. Estefania's profound understanding of children's emotional needs and holistic care made her the perfect partner for Agnes.
​
Together, Estefania and Agnes formed a formidable team, united by their shared mission. Leveraging Estefania's expertise in child welfare and Agnes's entrepreneurial spirit, they created +One — an agency that would revolutionize family support.

+One aimed to lift the burdensome mental load off parents' shoulders. Their caregivers would not only provide exceptional child care but would also step in as household helpers, taking care of tasks such as cooking, tackling household chores, planning activities for the kids, and ensuring essential supplies never ran low.
